Parmesan-Dijon Chicken
¾ cup dry bread crumbs
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ (1/2 stick) margarine, butter, or spread, melted.
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 ½ pounds)

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
2. Mix bread crumbs and cheese in large plastic bag. Combine margarine and mustard. Dip chicken in margarine mixture. Shake chicken in bag to coat with crumb mixture.
3. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
